Control Center
Control center is the heart of the whole network, which is structured by the following several parts as main domain servers, backup domain servers, resource servers, WEB servers, FTP servers, Print servers, mail servers, background control terminals and application terminals.
Control center is not only the manager or controller of the whole network system, but also the integrator of resources, developer of platforms and provider of products.
Downloading Terminals
Downloading terminal is the final users¡¯ terminal as well as the final exhibition of our company¡¯s visualization. They update and download resources from control center in a certain frequency and feedback reports of downloading data. Basically, this part can be structured by two types of models, which are stand-alone model and server model according to the terminal quantity in one place. The techniques of connection from terminals to control center can be adopted by PSTN/ADSL N, or VPN.
Member Terminals
Member terminals primarily face to Internet users, supplied connection terminals by control center. The major goal for building this platform is enabling our Members as CP (content provider) members/partners can publish their resources easily into our network upon our platform and obtain revenues directly.
Payment Gateway
The Payment Gateway provides a complete set of functions to manage user-authentication, authorization, price books with customizable price plans, revenue sharing, settlement, and customer self-care. Payment options available.

The MESP Download Server enables delivery of content to the consumer¡¯s device via infrared or Bluetooth and the completion of the purchase transaction ensuring that downloadable content is compatible with the consumer¡¯s device. The Download Server supports all content types, including J2ME, ring tones, images, MP3s, MP4s and E-books.

MESP¡¯s Customer Care package provides a complete set of customer care utilities, providing comprehensive access to current and historical consumer transactions, complete with a log of all charges and events against each customer. Customer care professionals are able to rapidly address customer concerns to manage dispute resolution and quality of service issues.
